Sara serves as a Special Education paraprofessional at Arnold Mill ES. She has two years of service with CCSD, including one in her current role.

In her principal’s words: "Sara Wolcott is ‘all hands on deck’ from the time she arrives until the time she leaves, each day, supporting students with Individualized Educational Plans across multiple classrooms. She faces every challenge with a positive attitude and approaches each task with a smile. Whether helping with transportation, providing behavior support or uplifting colleagues with encouraging messages, Sara embodies the true spirit of teamwork and care. She’s an invaluable member of the Mill family and a blessing to our school community."
