What’s the most innovative idea that you’ve tried in your classroom? 
Introducing students to life skills such as knowing their communities from earth down to the city they live in, cooking skills, multi-sensory learning and having alternative communication methods available for all students. 
Who is the best teacher you ever had and what made him or her special?
Mrs. Keys, my second-grade teacher. Her kindness and openness to student success inspired a love of learning and a wish to be a teacher like her. 
What can parents do to prepare their children for learning?
Introducing students to small adult-directed activities such as chores, learning activities, and sitting down to read a book together. 
What are the obstacles to getting all kids to achieve?
The ability for learning communities to adapt to changes in learning expectations with mutual respect, understanding, and grace for all while keeping consistent and appropriate expectations across the school and community settings.
