Why did you choose to become a Principal?  
Principals have the ability to leave a lasting impact on students, teachers and the school community.  Principals help shape the school culture, support teachers, and guide students toward academic/athletic success.  Principals are able grow leaders and have a broader impact, they can set a vision for the school and lead the school/community to achieve it. 

What inspires you in your work as a Principal? 
The successes of our students, teachers and school overall.

How are you Elevating the Excellence in your school? 
By building strong relationships with students, teachers and our River Ridge community.  As Principal of River Ridge, it’s important to create a positive school culture by collaborating with students, teachers and our community as a whole to define our core values, lead by example and to celebrate the successes of our students and teachers.  I am truly blessed and honored to have this opportunity to serve the students, teachers and River Ridge community.
